A man takes his wife and teenage children on a trip down memory lane when he is facing a divorce. Writer and director Florent Bernard watched a lot of movies about parents separating and realized that they were either comedies or dramas, of which there were very few. Also, it was always shown from the perspective of the parents, not the children, so I wanted to explore this theme by creating a bittersweet comedy with nostalgia and funny scenes, but one that fully involved the children in the story. In an early scene in the film, Sandrine’s children look at the bowl of cereal in front of them, and in another, at their mother. Literature Put na Mjesec (1902)
