Great acting from everyone
Best new show, after the disappointing season 4 of Jack Ryan and the poor performances all around, this one felt much better. Looks really well made and the action/fight scenes look great. I think most of the criticism of this show in the comments section seems to be about how unrealistic it is because of the whole female cameraman thing, and as a man, I don’t care about a good female-led action show.
It’s an original IP that doesn’t change the male lead to a female lead
I also haven’t seen any red flags so far that make every guy look incompetent or anything. Also, at first I thought it was going to be more of a true story show, but then they kind of ruined the family, and I usually cringe at that, but I didn’t like what they did there. The criticism is that the plot of what this particular group of employees do is very limiting to the story and could kill it by going past the plot/villain of the season…
We’ll see what the great Morgan Freeman brings to the show
needs to be more overarching so they can possibly do another action. packed fast paced Homeland otherwise it could become too episodic than BlacklistPS: So far Nicole Kidman’s part has been incredibly small and uneventful, and anyone else could have done it… But from what I’ve seen so far, the show could hold its own as a Zalda without the rest of the A-Listers.
It’s entertaining, even if it’s not a History Channel show, which some commentators seem to prefer
TLDR Overall cautiously optimistic, but I like what I’ve seen so far, everything is incredibly cool and well done.
