The series is still in its 4th season, but so far it’s good, actually quite amazing, it was everything I expected it to be
I know there will be a lot of people who won’t be happy with this adaptation, but at the end of the day it’s a great big novel, we all know it just can’t be filmed and as you all know, the author did it.
Overall, I recommend people give it a try and don’t let the criticism sway you, and don’t let the Netflix title sway you either
‘ no I didn’t agree to adapt the novel before, and now they’re his children who have agreed to adapt it, so the result, in my opinion, is that Netflix has managed to adapt it quite well, maybe not everything is perfect, but they’ve come very close, I think they’ve recreated the spirit of the novel very well + the actors are very good, and the locations and the whole production were actually satisfactory.
